An eco-luxury lodge in front of Madre de Dios River, Inkaterra Reserva Amazonica has 35 wooden cabins inspired in the Ese’Eja culture. 540 bird species have been inventoried in hotel grounds, deep in the rainforest.

Location and Access
Inkaterra Reserva Amazonica is adjacent to the lush Tambopata National Reserve, where the Madre de Dios River meanders through the Southern Peru rainforest region, known as the Biodiversity Capital of Peru.
A welcoming haven situated at the heart of a 17,000 hectare (42,008-acre) private ecological reserve, only a 25-minute flight from Cusco.

From Puerto Maldonado Airport, check-in, then 10 minute transfer to the Jetty Port for a 45-minute boat transfer along the river to the Lodge.

1 Amazonica Suite Area: 60 sq. m. / 647 sq. ft. A rustic luxury at the Ese Eja-style wooden cabañas. Luxuriate in the sizeable bathroom with an independent shower and toilet, plus double basins.
8 Superior Rio Cabin: Area: 38 sq. m. / 408 sq. ft. Enjoy an expansive view of the Madre de Dios River from these cabins.

Inspired by the tropical flavors of the Amazon region, meals and beverages at Inkaterra Reserva Amazonica are prepared with fresh local ingredients. We serve an international buffet breakfast; lunch and dinner are served à la carte. All meals include a variety of salads and fruits, as well as a selection of homemade breads. We also offer vegetarian options and a children’s menu, upon request. Meals are served in the dining room, where you can also enjoy complete bar service, including a complimentary Pisco Sour at the Cocktail Hour (drinks not included in room-rates).

Lighting and Electricity                                      
This stance means limited electricity when it's really needed: a power generator works from 4 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 6p.m. to 11p.m. daily. Electricity: 220V.
There are no telephones or cell phone coverage in the Lodge. There is limited Internet access, and access to computers may be available upon request. However, it is possible to pick up mobile internet in certain areas of the property and in emergencies the staff will let you use their internet. In case of any emergency, the administration can call the city office, through the radio.
